Returns and refunds
You are allowed to change your mind. To initiate a return simply contact us via the chat option down below within 14 days of the arrival of your items and we will send you an RMA along with return instructions.
We will only accept unused, unworn and unwashed products (you can surely try the product on). Please note that all labels or tags must remain intact and attached. All products should be returned in its original packaging.
Costs of your return:
- Members* from the USA and Ecuador: FREE.
- Non-members* from the USA and Ecuador: we will generate a shipping label for your return and there will be a deduction of $28 from your refund amount to cover the cost of the shipping.
- Other countries: at your own expense.
